Practical

โ Assessment of the specific levels of the thoracic spine & ribs
โ Treatment of the thoracic spine & ribs using muscle energy techniques (METs)
โ Specific mobilisations of the upper, middle and lower thoracic spine
โ Specific mobilisations of the rib cage and specific levels
โ High velocity thrust (HVT) or Grade 5 manipulations to the thoracic spine and ribs
โ Seated thoracic spine manipulation known as the thoracic thrust or AP (Anterior-Posterior) thrust
โ Standing thoracic spine manipulation using an AP thrust
โ Manipulation of the thoracic spine using a technique known as the DOG
โ Manipulation of the cervical thoracic junction (CTJ) using a lift
โ Prone manipulation of the CTJ - using the thumb thrust technique
โ Prone manipulation of the CTJ - using the metacarpophalangeal joint (MCP) thrust technique
